Review: The faculty search party arrived to the interview over 15 minutes late. Overall the interview went well, and they seemed like decent people. They stated that they view their students as future collegues, which I thought was nice. I sent all three members of the search party a thank-you email the next day. Only one of them briefly replied. After 3-4 weeks of hearing no updates regarding the position, I emailed the professor I was originally in contact with asking for updates either way... GHOSTED! They certainly don't treat professional peers very collegially :(
